TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All group participants need to wear a bracelet to access restaurants and facilities
• To have access to congress events: Welcome cocktail, dinner and coffee break it is essential to be staying at the Westin Resort & Spa Headquarters Hotel, Puerto Vallarta, otherwise a day pass must be paid
• Cancellation policy: In case you cancel or modify a reservation it must be made before April 15th, 2022. After this date, you will incur a penalty for the amount of 1 night (plus taxes), which will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation
• No show and early departures: In case you guarantee a reservation and do not check-in on the arrival date, or the room is released before the end of the reservation, you will incur a penalty equal to 1 NIGHT plus taxes
• Guest relocation: In case any participant of the group with guaranteed reservation cannot be registered by the Hotel, this will provide:
  • Accommodation in a hotel of the same category as close as possible, without charge for the first night
  • A round transportation between the Hotel and the alternate Hotel
  • A 5 minute call and necessary arrangements for redirection of messages and mails
  • Offer the guest to return to the hotel to the first available room, if the client decides not to return the Hotel, will have no further obligations
